Pillers' "T3 for Math (Today's Toolbox of Technologies)" uses a computer with a classroom Internet connection, an interactive smartboard, and an ELMO camera that projects images via an LCD projector to project mathematical examples, interactive math Web sites, and mathematics software programs in the classroom. With T3, students see graphs change instantaneously as values are changed and probability experiments that normally take hours are simulated in minutes. Information is displayed large enough for the entire class to see, while the Smartboard lets students interact with the information they see and increases their interest and attention.
