McCullough's "Rewind That Again!" project enhances student learning, increases parental involvement, and facilitates teachers' professional development. Lessons covering major or core topics of study are videotaped; tapes are then duplicated and made available to students. Parents can also use the tapes at home to familiarize themselves with classroom methodology so they can better assist their children. In addition, teachers analyze the videos to improve their techniques and approaches.
