Shane Koranda

Koranda’s innovative teaching idea, “The Ultimate STEM Class,” is designed as an enrichment class that will be offered to any honors math students in order to challenge them to apply knowledge gained in their science, technology and math classes. As part of the class, a collection of various programs will be developed, including an app challenge and robotics instruction. Students will have the opportunity to participate in state competitions, with the opportunity to qualify for national competitions. The ultimate goal of the class is to provide an engaging and empowering learning experience to increase student interest and knowledge in STEM and mobile technology fields.
