Sarah Mason and Jessica Ensley

Mason and Ensley’s innovative teaching idea, “Ready, Set, Action & Learn!,” focuses on creating a learning environment for students with ADHD, Autism, sensory challenges or those who have experienced trauma. The program focuses on children’s natural desires to move, which they say also fires up the brain connections to enhance and retain learning. Students will build skills and knowledge using their senses as well as big and small movements in both group and one-on-one settings. This project, they believe, will help future leaders think differently, use what comes naturally and not be afraid.
