Sandra Lillevik

Lillevik's "Physical Experiment Labs" uses real life problems to give students a better understanding of algebraic functions. Through experiments based on topics such as Poe's The Pit and the Pendulum, depreciation of automobile prices, and the increase of trash in landfills, students learn to solve mathematical problems and develop their problem solving skills using non-traditional methods.
