Sam Gharbo

Gharbo's "C.H.E.S.S." project helps students develop their higher order thinking skills. Students are taught the basics of chess and then learn how to plan and strategize their playing. Through cooperative efforts and tournament play, students are also able to develop communication and teamwork skills.
