The team’s innovative teaching idea, “iFlow tablet Learning Lab,” is focused on increasing student achievement, motivation and engagement in the classroom by infusing technology into the learning environment.  By coupling tablets with digital technologies, students will be able to take charge of their learning by utilizing various digital components, while increasing their comprehension of various subjects through digital research.  This project will give students the chance to collaborate with peers outside of their classroom, using web 2.0 tools such as Edmodo, Today's Meet, Backchannel Chat, Class Flow and Nearpod, and teachers will be able to provide students with authentic cross-curricular learning opportunities.
