Bohaty’s innovative teaching idea, “Let’s Explore the World,” focuses on expanding students’ learning through the use of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), drones and video creation tools. Students shouldn't just have to learn within the walls of the classroom. The purchase an AR/VR Google Expedition kit would allow teachers to take students anywhere in the world and open students’ learning to places they have never seen before. Students would also be able to explore AR through merge cubes. Students will move from exploring to becoming creators by creating their own Google Expeditions and Google Tours so that others can learn through them. These experiences will increase student engagement and take learning the next level.
