Linda Fadely

Fadely's "S.T.O.P. the Violence" (Students Taking on Prevention) project curbs violence in the school and community by helping students recognize the various levels of violence affecting themselves and their peers. Through special events and activities, students explore the roots of violence and the steps involved in mediation. Posters, T-shirts, and baseball caps with positive messages are designed for the student body, and assemblies are held to raise awareness. The project is also aligned with the school's Big Brother and Big Sister programs to increase motivation and self-esteem.
