Kenneth Cutler

Cutler's "B.E.S.T. Molecular Biology" project gives students from Durham public schools a chance to develop their science and research skills by participating in an after school program centered around molecular biology. The students learn scientific research methods, laboratory techniques, and molecular biology concepts. After completion of the program, many students engage in summer research internships at EPA, North Carolina Central University and Duke University.
