Kane Hines

Hines' "Evergreen's Communication" Tree program helps young students develop their communications skills by creating writing assignments that become increasingly complex throughout the school year. Students begin the program by communicating with other members of their class. By the end of the program, students are writing letters to individuals at area businesses. In addition to developing communications skills, the students learn how to work cooperatively with other students and adults.
