Jill Reynolds

Reynolds' project is an outdoor educational experience which addresses the physical, emotional, mental, social, and cognitive needs of special education students. Students participate in a series of 1-3 day "expeditions" (hiking, backpacking, skiing, bicycling and horseback riding) in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. In addition to academic objectives, students are taught land ethics, environmental interrelationships, and constructive use of leisure time.
