Wooding's "Electronic Portfolio" program is an authentic demonstration of student accomplishments through the creation of personal portfolios. During the project, disabled students collect their various assignments in a binder to show their individual goals and progress toward those goals. When completed, each portfolio contains an introduction to the portfolio and student, a list of objectives, a collection of work, a conclusion, and peer, teacher, community, and self-assessments. Over the course of the program, students learn to use technology better in completing their project and are empowered as they create and design a process for showing their own learning experiences.
