Jeffrey Schultz

Schultz created the "Leadership Training Institute" for high school students. In partnership with parents, businesses, and the University of Maryland, Schultz created this program to give motivated students opportunities to learn about potential careers during their senior year. Leadership skills were developed during the first three years in the Institute. Participating students received a large number of college scholarships and paid internships as a result of the Leadership Training Institute.
