Janice Ellens

Ellens' "Home Base" is an advisor-advisee program designed to enable students to develop positive relationships with adults and peers. Students met with their advisor for 45 minutes two or three times per week. Activities and ideas were developed for each session such as communication, study skills, and self esteem.
