Holly Thompson

Thompson's project, titled REACTS (Reading Education and Community Teamwork Service), was a community volunteer program involving service learning. Preparatory classroom activities included reading, instruction, guest lecturers, role playing, panel discussions, and technology integration. Students then performed a community service project and established a telecommunications link with specified participants.
