The team’s innovative teaching idea, “Knightvision Studio,” will bring the school’s elementary and middle school campuses together by increasing the connection between them to build a stronger community and knowledge of broadcasting for the students. Today, students at the two campuses are only able to interact via email. The “Knightvision Studio” will be a new communication tool to allow students to come together and deliver morning announcements, prayer, and the Pledge of Allegiance. Students will be able to hear and see their peers as they report on important school and community events. The team hopes the studio will help form a deeper bond and closer connection to not only their school community but also the overall community by providing news reports on various school events, interviewing community members, and creating videos of interest for their school families.
