Elizabeth O'Keefe

O'Keefe's Cave Study project gave seventh grade students the opportunity to conduct their own research on an important topic. Students tested ground water in 10 caves in Missouri, which they measure against samples taken in a 1973 survey. Students compared their samples with the older data to see if pollution was increasing or decreasing in the ground water. Students designed their own web page, which contained their findings.
