Delci Lev

Lev's Urban Youth Center project is an alternative program for students who have been removed from the mainstream education system. While teaching English to at-risk students, Lev found ways to open them up to new learning experiences and was able to help them develop reading and writing skills that the mainstream programs could not. The Urban Youth Center was born out of this experience.
