Deborah McKenzie

McKenzie's "After School Science and Technology Academy" project gives students the opportunity to develop their scientific skills after school by providing a weekly hands-on science program. Students study a wide variety of science topics including physics and earth science and use the Internet to conduct in-depth research on their favorite topics. The program also encourages parents to become more involved in their children's learning.
