Catherine Greene

Greene's S.W.A.T. project gave sixth grade students in the Accelerated Readers program a chance to help first grade students develop reading skills. After being certified in the project, the older students read books to the first graders and assisted them in answering questions about the books. Both groups of students benefited from the program by increasing their reading and comprehension skills.
