Carol Seitz

Seitz's "Outdoor Classroom" provides theme gardens for hands-on investigative learning. Students learn to work cooperatively to beautify school grounds as well as parks and public places throughout the community. The outdoor classroom uses an interdisciplinary approach that incorporates technical writing, research, mapping, converting measurements, marketing, community involvement, and technology.
