Barbara Crosby

Crosby's "Science Lab at Work" had students in the first through third grades conduct practical experimentation of scientific phenomena. Through investigation, discovery, and application, these students learned appropriate concepts central to the physical sciences. This approach captured children's curiosity, stimulated their interest in science, and taught them critical thinking skills involved in scientific problem solving.
