Alison Goforth

Goforth's "Visual Earth Science Museum" project gives students the chance to design an online earth science museum. Students learned how to create 3D interactive web sites using VRML technology. Each student chooses his or her own earth science topic to work on. The project also benefits from the expertise of individuals at Virginia Tech. The students are able to expand their scientific knowledge while providing a resource for everyone who uses the Internet.
