Jay Kaduson

Jay Kaduson is chief executive officer of Workplace Solutions for Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), a leading health, wealth and investment company.

In his role, Kaduson oversees all aspects of Voya’s Health Solutions and Wealth Solutions businesses, which provide benefits and savings products, technologies and solutions to and through the workplace. Kaduson also has oversight of the execution of the company’s workplace strategy. He also serves on Voya’s Executive Committee.

Kaduson has over 26 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Voya, he was a principal at global consulting firm PwC where he led the firm’s growth business along with oversight of the insurance, retirement and wealth practices. In his roles at PwC, he focused on building high-performing teams focused on risk management, asset management, value creation and technology.

Prior to PwC, Kaduson spent 16 years at MetLife in various roles where his experience across group benefits, wealth, retirement, retail and asset management provided him with a global perspective on business transformation and employee solutions. He ultimately served as MetLife’s global head of enterprise relationship management, where he successfully established and maintained strong partnerships with key financial institutions and service providers.

Kaduson received a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College.
