Supplier Diversity
At Voya, we are building an inclusive supply base to create greater opportunities for Small Business, Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Veteran-Owned, LGBTQ+ Owned, and Disability-Owned Business Enterprises to provide goods and services to Voya that will help strengthen our supply base and our ability to serve our customers.
We believe this effort will connect us to the best suppliers in the market and will reflect the diversity of our communities, and the clients and markets we serve.
To learn more about this effort, please read the Voya Financial Supplier Diversity Policy.
Voya Procurement Opportunities
Voya procures a set of goods and services that support the operational needs and priorities of our business. Our suppliers provide professional services, technology, and materials including office supplies and equipment. We deploy our internal teams to connect with firms that meet our current operational needs first; and seek to remain attuned to the shifting and emerging business landscape.
In alignment with Voya’s long-standing culture of conducting business responsibly and ethically, we leverage our supply chain to increase Voya's positive impact on our environment as well as our customers, colleagues and communities. We also work with our suppliers to minimize their environmental impact, which in turn decreases Voya's impact. As such, we have created and implemented a Supplier Diversity Policy and a Responsible Supply Chain Program underscored by our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Our goal is to work with suppliers that are aligned with and share our corporate values — to create an inclusive supply chain, operate ethically and responsibly, strive to minimize their own environmental impact, and comply with child labor, health and safety, Voya policies, and other applicable laws and regulations.
