Our site is unique because … We’re downtown, but not in the center of downtown, which allows for great strolls along the Mississippi river — a great place to walk along during the spring, summer and fall. Being on the north end of downtown makes it easy to get to and from our building. As well as cheaper parking! We are also located near the up and coming food scene of the Warehouse district, and more than 50 food trucks are within a three-block radius.
