Once I was onboarded, I quickly noticed the similarities between my time serving and Voya. The leaders I work with are huge proponents for the people that work for them. My leader really cares, which I did not expect to find once I separated from active duty.
I’m always willing to learn something new — I’m curious. I learned these skills in the military, and they have transferred well to the civilian world. I love working for Voya because of my manager, my team and the opportunities to give back to the community through volunteerism. Where else can you work and get paid to volunteer?
