Voya Financial again named to Newsweek’s Most Responsible Companies 2021 list
Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA) announced that it has been named to Newsweek’s Most Responsible Companies 2021 list. This is the second year that Voya has earned this recognition, and was listed at 18 out of 41 financial companies and 150 out of all 400 companies on the 2021 list.
For the list, which launched in 2020, Newsweek again partnered with Statista to evaluate and highlight America’s Most Responsible Companies. The analysis to determine the list was carried out in four phases, and more than 2,000 companies were screened by different criteria. The detailed analysis consisted of an independent survey among more than 7,500 U.S. citizens and research based on publicly available key performance indicators derived from corporate annual, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability and corporate citizenship reports. The detailed analysis covered three areas of CSR: Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance.
