Carlo Bertucci to Join Voya Financial as Senior Vice President and Chief Tax Officer

WINDSOR, Conn., Aug. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that Carlo Bertucci will join the company as senior vice president and chief tax officer, effective Sept. 18, 2017. Bertucci, who has more than 20 years of tax experience across the financial services industry, will report to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael S. Smith.

Bertucci joins Voya from State Street Corporation, where he served as senior vice president and head of international tax and transfer pricing since 2008. Prior to joining State Street, Bertucci was a partner at PwC where he advised financial services businesses on the tax consequences of various international transactions. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in 1995.

Bertucci attended the University of Toronto for his undergraduate studies and earned his law degree from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School.
