We heard some of our customers find it difficult to know when they have a covered claim, so we created VoyaClaims 360 to make it easier.
VoyaClaims 360 is an integrated and intuitive service model designed to “bring the claims to you” when possible, while simplifying the claims process for short term disability coverage, Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance.
Other examples of how we’re listening:
We’ve made easier for you to provide documents and checks for rollovers to us without having to mail them in. You can now upload any rollover documents or checks to Voya’s Retire mobile app to help simplify the process.
We established the S.A.F.E.® (Secure Accounts for Everyone) Guarantee. If any assets are taken from your workplace retirement plan account or Voya-administered Individual Retirement Account* due to unauthorized activity and through no fault of your own, we will restore the value of your account subject to satisfying a few key steps.
